What is included in the CedarLabs development subscription?
CedarLabs provides unlimited software development requests for $3,000 USD per month. The service combines expert-led development, Sprout-assisted feature planning and a Kanban board for tracking work. Hosting and technical support are optional paid add-ons.
Does unlimited development mean unlimited requests?
Yes. You can add as many development requests as you need to your queue. Our team works through agreed priorities in sequence, within the scope and development capacity agreed with you. Unlimited requests does not mean unlimited simultaneous work or a guaranteed volume of completed features.
What types of software can CedarLabs build?
CedarLabs develops web, Android and iOS apps, including new features, internal tools and workflow improvements. We assess the technical fit and agree on scope before starting. Requests that need specialist infrastructure or services are discussed separately.
Can you improve an existing app or website?
Yes. CedarLabs can review an existing product and help develop new features or improve workflows. We first assess the codebase, integrations and access needed, then agree on the work that fits your subscription.
How long does a software development request take?
Delivery time depends on the request’s scope, complexity, dependencies and testing needs. We review the work with you and agree on priorities before development begins. Larger features take longer than small changes; there is no single turnaround time for every request.
How do you handle larger features or a whole app?
Larger requests are broken into smaller, reviewable pieces of work. Our developers define the requirements and technical approach, then work through the agreed priorities. You can follow progress and give feedback as each part is ready for review.

Who builds and reviews my software?
CedarLabs’ development team leads the technical decisions, coding, code review and testing. AI tools support the process, while our developers remain responsible for the work. You can discuss requirements and feedback directly with the team.
How do I track progress, and can I use the macOS app?
Your Kanban board shows development requests and their progress, including work in progress and work ready for review. Questions and feedback stay alongside your requests. The CedarLabs macOS app is coming soon and is intended to let you submit feature requests from your desktop.
What happens if a feature needs changes?
Share your feedback with our development team. We review it against the agreed requirements and acceptance criteria, then plan the changes. New requirements can be added to your development queue and prioritised alongside your other requests.
Are managed hosting and ongoing technical support included?
Managed hosting and ongoing technical support are optional paid add-ons to the development subscription. We discuss the infrastructure, support responsibilities and service terms your product needs before you choose an add-on. Current options are listed in the pricing section.
